Return Policy

To receive the full purchase price you must follow procedures one and two.

1        All Air Purifiers are guaranteed to work at the time of receipt and for thirty days after the date of           purchase.  

2        To receive the full purchase price,  (A ) The customer must email MOUNTAINAIR on or before the thirty           days are up from  the date of purchase.  (B) The customer is responsible for sending the merchandise           back to the manufacture.  MOUNTAINAIR will make sure the customer has the correct address to send           the merchandise back to.

3        All monies will be sent to the customer within 60 days after the merchandise is received at the           manufacture and they send confirmation to MOUNTAINAIR.

 
4        No money will be refunded if merchandise is damaged at the time it is returned to the manufacture.
